Skyline Prime Developments Offices

This project consisted of the construction and high specification fit-out of the company’s new office building consisting of 2000m² over two floors and all associated site works.

Skyline Prime Developments was the main Contractor and the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) for the works. As PSCS, Skyline Prime Developments had the responsibility of managing and coordinating all health and safety matters during the works. All works were completed in accordance with the contract documents and complied with all statutory requirements including the Building Control Regulations and the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations.

The works took place on greenfield site in the centre of a busy live business park with a lot of traffic and pedestrian movements. The Skyline Prime Developments Site Management Team liaised very closely with the business park management company and neighbouring business owners to ensure that the works had no adverse effect on pedestrians or traffic. Stakeholder and Traffic Management Plans were approved prior to any works commencing and were used throughout the project.
