Frankfield National School

This project consisted of the removal of an existing portacabin extension, construction of a bespoke 16 classroom one and two storey extension, fit out of the existing school, and all associated external works.

Skyline Prime Developments was the main contractor and also the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) for the works at Frankfield School. Being the PSCS saw Skyline Prime Developments having the responsibility to manage and co-ordinate all health and safety matters during the construction of the school which is located within a busy suburban area. This was particularly important as the work commenced during a school term making it a live site. Skyline Prime Developments worked very closely with the Department of Education appointed Clerk of Works who had a full time presence on the site.
